Van Sturgeon is a highly accomplished real estate entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in land acquisition, development, construction, renovation, and property management. He has successfully built a real estate empire that spans across North America and includes ownership of more than 1,200 properties.

Driven by a passion for empowering real estate investors, Van offers guidance tailored to every stage of their journey-whether it’s helping a first-time buyer navigate their initial investment or assessing seasoned multifamily investors through complex renovation and value-add projects. Himabindu has a background in Finance and has extensive experinence working in bank as a financial advisor, mortgage analyst and various roles. She has a masters degree in finance and business.

Her financial background is ustilised in assesing the finance, planning and bugeting of the project. Her strategic approach to cash flow management and investor relations has been instrumental in ensuring profitable project.
